Click-to-call
Elevate Desktop Application allows you to initate a call using your desk phone or mobile application:

Click the phone button near the contact under or use the Dial Pad

Pick up handset or press speaker button to start a call

Click the phone button near the contact under Contact page:
Or dial number using dial pad. Navigate to Dial pad and start typing the number. Application will search for phone number or extension of existing Contacts. Click on the phone icon near the Contact you wish to dial. If no contacts found, press the phone button on the bottom of the Application to start a call.
To choose the click-to-call device, navigate to Settings > Application Settings > select Click-to-call Device from drop down > Save changes.
Contacts
- View user's profile page. Click on user's name to view the profile. You will see the following information (if any):
- Phone number
- Extension
- Job title
- Email address
- Department
- Office location
- Add to favorites. Under Contact tab click on the user's name > click on star button near the phone number or extension. User will automatically appear under Favorites section.
Personal profile page
Navigate to your profile page by clicking on user's picture. Under Profile page you may:
- View your profile information.
- Enter Mood message. This message will be visible to other contacts.
- Change your Presence status. Possible statuses:
- Present
- Away
- Busy
- On call
- Offline
- Unknown
Note: you may change presence status from every page of application by clicking on presense indicator:
View call history
Navigate to your profile page by clicking on the following button:
Under Profile page you may:
- View your profile information.

Online Meeting
Meeting tab allows you to:
- Click Enter My Meeting to start your ongoing Meeting (re-join if the meeting has already been started, but browser tab closed)
- Click Phone number to make a call to your ongoing Meeting (join by phone)
- Open Meeting tab in Intermedia Unite Desktop Application
- Edit bridge URL
- Send Meeting information via email or copy info

Install Elevate App
- Install the application.
- Login with your My Services credentials (email address and password).
Settings
- Application settings
- Choose Click-to-call Device (device through which you will make outbound calls).
- Show incoming call notifications
- Enable sounds
- Run the application in background mode
- Run the application when system starts
- Advanced settings
- Check Create detailed log and Save changes.
Note: this option may slow down the app performance. Please do not use this option if there is no need. - Perform action that you need to troubleshoot.
- Navigate to Advanced settings again - click Export logs into file. File will be saved to your computer. Send this file to Support.
- Check Create detailed log and Save changes.
- Send feedback.
Application updates
You will see Exclamation point above the Settings button if application requires update.
Click on Settings > Update
Note: application will be updated automatically if mandatory update is available.
- Mandatory updates can’t be cancelled or stopped, the app just can’t run stable without them
- Downloading flow will start automatically (in foreground and in background)
- User will be prompted to restart the app when downloading is ready
- Incoming calls can be accepted when the app is in Mandatory updating state, but we’ll return to Mandatory update state when call is finished
