Forward calls using the XFINITY Connect App

It’s easy to forward calls coming to your XFINITY Voice phone number to another number.

1. On the main page of the XFINITY Connect app, click the settings icon (on the top left of page).
2. Under the Messages section select Voice Settings.
3. Select Call Forwarding.
4. Go to the Forwarding To field to enter the phone number you want to forward your calls to or select a number from your address book.
5. Set the Call Forwarding tab to ON.
